Are they original?
at Modwrist We use original Seiko movements to create watches inspired by top designers. Seiko Mods are not Seiko brand replicas and we are not affiliated with them in any way. (Seiko doesn't care about the use of components, so owning a customized Modwrist watch allows you to express your individuality by having a one-of-a-kind example on your wrist that enhances its elegance and originality.)

Is my watch water-resistant?
Our watches are designed to resist water up to a certain level
depth and waterproof level of each watch is specified on the relevant product page. However, please note that it is essential to screw the crown back in tightly after each use, as a loose screw-in crown can compromise the water-resistance of the watch and cause damage. If the crown is not
screwed correctly and water enters the watch,
we are not responsible for any damage caused. Although our watches are designed to be waterproof, get these
precautions to avoid any waterproofing problems.
Delivery Times?
Since all our watches are Mod models, meaning they are hand-assembled with precision, shipping times can vary from 2 to 3 weeks. This time is necessary to ensure that each watch is assembled and inspected with the utmost care.
Do you accept returns?
No.
All our watches are customized and made to order, so we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been confirmed.
Personalization makes each piece unique and created exclusively for the customer, as required by Article 59 of the Consumer Code (EU Directive 2011/83), which excludes the right of withdrawal for custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
